I have a older saint brake the 2 piston. There is no oil in the reservoir, how is easy is to do. Also I cant get the top cap off my mono mini, I have tried a 2mm allen key

On the saint brake that should be mineral oil - just get the correct oil and refill it.
The hope - use the correct size allan key or if you have rounded the bolt cut a slot in it and use a screwdriver
