TBH I'm sure most of us have done what seems stupid(after the event)in the cold light of day. Sadly she's paid the ultimate price for what many of us have probably almost subconsciously done!

I'd turn back for a computer. I'd like to think I'd check for oncoming trucks first, but couldn't be sure. Very sad for all concerned.
