Eye bleach at the ready...

And it has through-headset cabling, as an extra kick in the nuts.

Think I'll stick with my comfy steel-framed Ragley.

Like the colour of the back one.

Silver one would match nicely with the Tesla Cybertruck 😁

I like it. It's a bit different

Not sure it will age well as a design, but for now it's nice to see a bit of imagination

Why does the top tube have a bump in it? It wont exactly improve standover clearance.

Not sure what I'm looking at. I'll just file this under 'Not a mountain bike' and never think of it ever again.

Ug, the Ruuts were challenging enough with that top tube/seat tube business, now with added angles! 😬

Isn’t the top tube / seat tube to give more compliance for the seat post? Could well be wrong…..

Not for me, it is a bit Minecraft/designer could only draw straight lines.

I'm sure Specialized are going to have an issue with that design, looks very much like that posh hybrid thing they brought out a few months ago with the interrupted seat post.

Does look very vertically compliant.

I suspect Rondo checked for any patents, but Spesh may just be laughing at how ugly it is anyway.

IIRC the Rondo came first, could be wrong though.

I think what upsets me most about that is the saddle angle. I can't get far enough past that to decide if the frame is actually quite nice or ugly as sin.
It's probably better in another colour too, that silver colour is much too flat.

Rondo designer “so how many angles does this new Ruut model need?”

Mr Rondo “yes”
