Anyone tried them?

A mate had 2.2s on his alpine 160 and said they were great in dry weather but useless in mud. They were not the blackchilli compound.

What mud they've seen so far they've handled well, yet to get some really sticky. Think they will do well though.

good tread in general, excellent even, but too round / big to be a good mud tyre. 2.2 were not tracking well in the wet here at the weekend.

There fine, ive got on well with them. Yeah there not as good as a smaller mud specific tyre but as an all round tyre there really good. Im the sort of person that just uses the same tyre all year round. Ive got a 2.4 chilli front and 2.2 rear, both ust.
