I'd be running them tubeless on Flow rims so is it worth paying the extra for UST specific tyres or should I just go with the non UST variety??

I run non UST version on Crests and flows tubeless. I have had one explosion off a flow with them but I think I war running too low pressure.

Have had the non UST ones blow off a flow rim, and the sidewalls deformed and tyres went out of shape. Not recommended.

Have also had sidewall problems with non UST.
UST ones have been great.
