Hi can some one explain the rp23 kashima shock as if i was a 10 year old, and some tips on setting up , im alright setting the sag then i start to get a bit confused cheers

The proper all is basically a low speed compression circuit ( refer that section in guide)
So stop pedal bob and give a bit more support in corners.
1,2 & 3 setting are soft, medium and hard settings with the blue lever being an on/ off switch 😀
