In contrast to the poor service posts, thought I would post up a bit of great feedback.
Never used Royals before, but bought a pair of MTB shoes in the sale - great price, but with a manufacture defect and some stitching starting to fail I emailed them about warranty... they sent a next day tracked mail bag (£10 worth) posted shoes back and in 3 days I had a spanking pair of the newer model and was out riding again.
Very impressed and they were super helpful.
