Does anyone have a set of these? If so how generous are the sizes? I normally run a 36 inch waist so I am not sure to go 34-36 or 36-38. Any help would be appreciated.

With a 36" waist you should probably do a bit more running. 😉

Thanks for that, you are right I should get out more rather than wasting my time posting pointless comments on forums.

I have some and am normally around a 34 and I wear the large shorts with the waist adjusters fairly tight. It depends how close you are to a 36 I suppose. If you buy from chains reaction it's free returns so not much of a problem if you get it wrong first time!
