Aviemore is great IMO. Lots of types of tracks in different areas. This XC route joins up 13 sections of track. I have other route descriptions around Scotland too. Enjoy.

That video is a great idea, but would be so much better Iif you replaced that annoying landscape imaging tool with a picture of an os map ( or a moving dot on an os map if you want super gizmoical)

Looks like a lovely mellow route

A suggestion - get someone to check your pronunciation. Inverdruey and Loch an Yayllan for starters. ๐Ÿ™‚

A LAKE??? Only one in Scotland...and it isn't in Aviemore! ๐Ÿ˜‰

Wasn't keen on the jumping in the initial bit of the video - it is a personal thing, but it always spoils the video for me as I then stop listening o the chat and keep seeing the jump. It makes me think the video is really poorly made as there were so many takes and they couldn't shoot it with any continuity - this isn't a go at the OP, I rant about this on all the videos I see this on as I had a right moan on some of the Christmas Countdown videos and also the Atherton videos that were full of short clips all stitched together as the person couldn't remember the lines to do it all in 1 take.

Saying that, the rolling Google Maps route seemed to work for me and the riding footage was good.

I'd watch it again as overall I thought it was good.
