[#11835394]

Managed to bend the mech hanger on my Rose Xeon CRS road bike, and of course Rose have announced that they are not dealing with UK customers at all due to Brexit.......
Anyone know of a way to source Rose parts through a UK distributor or similar - and yes, I know the whole point of Rose is that they are direct sales only, and yes, I should maybe have bought through a LBS ๐Ÿ˜‰
This is the bit I need https://www.rosebikes.ie/rose-derailleur-hanger-03-558702?product_shape=anodized+red

Thanks

I needed a new hanger for my Rose CX bike - was easier just to get a pattern part here in the UK. You should find the same one for sale inside UK

Yep, spotted that one, but it says Out of Stock.... I've emailed them to see what they can do.
Cheers

Have you actually asked Rose - I would ping them an email or give them a call just in case. It's one thing to not sell new bikes and parts to UK customers but I'd be surprised if they can't come up with something for mech hangers etc on bikes they've already sold.

Definitely worth getting in touch with them, I stripped threads in the integrated seat clamp on my Xeon, I put up a feeble argument that it wasn't my fault and they sent me a new one free of charge.

Personally am gutted they won't ship to UK, think they're a very underrated brand, although I think they've ditched the customisation model which was what I liked most.

Thanks all,
I have already emailed Rose, but getting a reply saying they are taking 6-10 days to reply!
Emails also off to most of the UK sites claiming to have hangers for every bike known to man (but not showing anything from Rose on their websites...)
Fingers crossed I guess, otherwise I'll be calling in a favour from my friend in Ireland who may have to receive and forward a package from Germany.

After a comically bad experience with my bike order I have a few personal email addresses for their sales team. I would first suggest dropping them a message. They genuinely value customer service so will likely see you right somehow. I was caught up in a warehouse mistake and a stock shortage.

If you get stuck, pm me and I'll give you some contacts. I don't think it's fair to put them up publically.

Did you have any luck with this? I too have bent the hanger on my Rose but a different bike model

In case anyone else needs this, I ended up buying the hanger with https://mygermany.com/

Essentially you buy off Rose and post it to the address given to you from MyGermany. They then redistribute it. Certainly an expensive way of doing it but I didn't have much choice in the end.
