Ordered an XTR BB from Rose 10 days ago but have not received anything yet. Is this normal? It's only the second time I have used them but can't remember how long the first order took to arrive.
When did the confirmation mail say it was dispatched? Should only take a few days from DE to UK, 10 days seem a long time to have not received it.
I have ordered from them 3 times and it took four days max every time
Even though they are in germany you can still call them
I've only ordered twice from them but both were sent by DHL and I was provided with a link to live tracking of the order - not the same for you?
My bike seemed to disappear into a customs void for about four days, based on the online tracking.
All in all it should take about 7 days from dispatch in my experience.
Turns out there were credit card issues but the email went to my spam folder. No new BB for me this weekend.
