Bought an Atera Strada DL bike rack in March 2017 from Roofbox.
On Thursday afternoon I looked in the rear view mirror of the car and the bike wasn’t where it should be. Closer inspection showed the middle arm of three had sheared away from its mount.
On getting home at 17.45 I rang Roofbox (they close at 18.00) to see what the warranty/parts availability was.
No problem they said we’ve got one in stock and we’ll get it to you ASAP FOC. They didn’t want to see receipts or photos or anything.
Upshot was it arrived this morning.

Have bought various roof bars and bike carriers from them over the years and always had good service. Will be ordering a Thule towbar mount one next month too.

I urgently needed a new width wispbar when I realised the ones from my Octavia wouldn't fit the new superb. They opened a complete set in the warehouse to get a new bar without the feet and delivered to me next day
Think I can trump all for the moment - they’ve got Atera to fix my rack (damaged by the previous owner and bloody popped off the tow ball!) even though I bought it second hand! Three phone calls and a FaceTime to work out what went wrong then arranged the return to Germany with me only having to cover P&P for the repair!

Had some Atera Signos bars from them. One of the clamp barrel bolts sheared. One email and they called me back offering any bar in replacement, so I now have some whispbars. They arrived by 9 am the next day, along with a special bag to send to old ones back.
Bought a new three bike adapter arm for my Strada rack. I failed to buy a lock set, so ordered one the next day. I then failed to specify the barrel number, but this wasn’t an issue as, without telling me, they found an order I made for some spare Atera barrels from years before when I’d had some bikes stolen off the rack and keyed them to that. Utterly brilliant.
I can’t add a great deal, other than they’ve always delivered exactly what I’ve needed, always next day and been great on price. Well done guys!

Sound excellent but no-one has posted the Web address to make it easier for the rest of us to spend money with them...

On the back of this thread I used the roofbox company for some Thule roof bars,ordeed at 7.00am on Monday paid std postage they were with me next day by 4.00pm Tuesday. Amazing good communication via email.
Always excellent service from them myself. Also they used to be very local to me (I moved), could nearly see them from the window. They are based at the end of the Howgills.

We once pulled into a campsite in the Lakes to discover the keys for the roof box and bike carrier had disappeared - left them on the roof as we loaded up 🙁
Quick google found the Roofbox company over the hill in Sedbergh, they had spares keys in stock and would stay open whilst I drove over. Holiday saved, great company.
For a bit of balance...
First key on our Atera Strada was clearly made of cheese. It broke quickly. The second one was seriously bent and about to break so I contacted Roof box to get some replacements in time.
They wanted to charge me a stack of money... 21 quid if I recall for 3.
Absolute piss takers. Luckily I found info online that they were the same keys as another popular brand and so got some on eBay for around a fiver delivered within two days. Proper service.
