Fitting a speedhub to a mates argon ROcc tomorrow. Got most of it sorted. Only bit we're wondering about is that we'll have to disconnect the cables from the clickbox to thread them through the cable guides on the seatstay.
Has anybody got any idea about how we take the cables out of the clickbox? Is it a simple case of undoing the box and disconnecting in there?

yes, BUT, you always have to cut off the end of the cables which will be all cockled, so you have to remove some outer too 🙁 And rethreading the cables without forgetting the adjusters etc isn't easy...
Also remember to connect the cables top to bottom and bottom to top or the shifter will work backwards.
Sounds more awkward than I thought!

Quite straight forwards really.
Go on the Rohloff website and download the fitting instructions. If your of average competance with a set of tools you'll be fine. It's not really that difficult.
