The 2015 edition looks like a bit of a bargain (well, by Rocky Mountain standards). It may not be 650b or 1x11... but that frame!

Anyone got one (or a 2013 or 14)? Please share your experiences (and the real weight).

I've an Element 970

It's the dog's - best frame I've ever seen

Doesn't ride too badly either 🙂

My Altitude is awaiting PDI'd and some add on bits 😆

Mate has an Instinct but is only a few weeks old so no issues as yet, he loves it.....He broke a Commencal btw!

POSTED 5 MINUTES AGO # REPORT-POST

Shop owner runs a Rally, 26th on Dudes event and other than the occasional strip & clean of pivots has had no issues with bike. 2015 models have, I believe, upgraded(bigger) tapered bushing. I know the terrain and how hard this bike has been pushed so have no problems buying one......

Positive so far. What about sizing? Top tube is not fashionably long – did you buy your normal size?

It's 2 yrs old now. Ordered new bearing set from RM early on but haven't needed it yet

They do get through them though I believe, if used throughout the dirty season (which mine hasn't)
