there are specialized oe and should have 90mm travel,but only showing 60mm of fork leg,ie they dont rest at 90mm,any ideas anyone please

Try letting out all the negative air. See if that brings the travel back up.

It will be horrible running them without negative air, but that is usually the problem when people say they have "lost" travel.
I find it best to run 10psi [u]less[/u] in the negative compared to the positive. You may loose some travel, but only 5-10mm.
