Got mine on friday from CRC finally
fitted it straight away and had a small ride on it sat morning but nothing that needed the seat dropping .

first impressions is it seems solid and nicely made , had no need to mess about bleeding it worked straight out the box .
shorfened the hose a tad and still did not need to bleed .

the uppy downy movement seems silky smooth at the moment .
it will be a good test if it supports this lardy bloater over the winter .

Trout how did you go about shortening the hose; did you find any instructions for that? I can only find ones for replacing the hose.

Hi,
Can't wait for the posts to reappear!

Just got one of these and seem to be suffering from the same "needing a bleed" problems as others. If I'm cutting the hose which end do I cut (seat or remote - posting from work so can't look at it) and do I reuse the parts to reassemble? I'm presuming it's similar to shortening a brake hose which I've done before.

Dying to to get out on it.

Stu.

Big thanks to Mutly. Love my Reverb but it got slow very quickly (!). Just bled it following SRAM instructions at it's soooo much faster. Crackin piece of kit. Very, very pleased. 😀
