Got an early Reverb from CRC in Jan last year and after 5 rides it went down and would not return
so sent it back to crc who then sent it back to me repaired Great I thought just in time for a week in the lakes
anyways its now stuck in the up position I have let the air out and it is still stuck so am sending it back .
Can I request they replace it with a new one instead of effecting a repair or am I stuck with them repairing it yet again .

How long's the warranty on a Reverb? If it's a year you'd better be quick!

Warrenty is 2 years. I would speak to the service centre direct
