I've got a pair of rockshox pike rc solo air spring 150mm, and there is 20mm of sag when I'm not even on the bike. How do I fid this?

Fix this? I assume you've checked air pressure

Your negative transfer port is probably blocked, causing the forks to stick down, its fairly common and a warranty thing. The shop/supplier should be able to sort you out.
If they need a service anyway then this would also sort them out as an alternative option.
