Santa is calling. Laddo (12) wants one for Christmas, reckons it'll help him improve his skillz. I'm thinking left outside to rot within a month.
Any thoughts?

A real BMX will help his skills. A Rocker is inevitable landfill.

Real BMX is already parked in the dining room, along with his mtb. The wife does love us both really.

Didn't know what on was until I looked it up... What's the point in that then?

Buy him a trials bike instead?

My son has one.

He uses it along with scooters and real BMX. Takes it to skatepark and local bike jump park.

We got our money worth very quickly.

Good quality too. Nothing broke on it. In 2 years we had one puncture.

My 12 year old rides his all the time - it was more of a scooter replacement than a bike replacement though. Good fun round the village turning any little hump or bump into a transition. Base model - no getting sucked in with pointless blingy bits

I'd like a go on one, and I'd have one if someone gave me one for nowt, but I wouldn't buy one.

Don’t waste your money. Bought two one for each child and both rarely got used.

Waste of money

wrightyson: Direct from Rocker https://rockerbmx.co.uk/index.php/online-store/mini-bmx/irok-bmx

I think either it's something they get and it fits with their play or it doesn't. It's not a sensible bike in any way at all! He'd been playing on a franken-mini bike he won at the 2015 singlespeeds for a couple of years (kids bike rattlecan sprayed with some BMX bars stuck on!), so this just continued from that 🙂
