I can hear a noise when I push down on these, it sounds like air leakage, does anyone know what this problem is or any links or websites that can help me to solve this problem, thanks

Quite likely to just be oil passing through the damper components, we often get asked about it.

I've noticed this on a few rockshox forks (tora and recon), when the rebound damping is turned up - as coatesy says. Try turning it off (to the turtle) and see if it goes away. I don't think it's a problem.
