Thought it worth bringing attention to. As said here, and by its absence on the Schwalbe website, it appears to have been discontinued. So maybe grab one while you still can if you're a fan or like me was always meaning to try one.
The Minion SS and Specialized Slaughter remain as semi-slick options, much has already been said on here about their differences.
Dammit I’ll have to get fitter. Minion and Slaughter don’t compare.
This reminds me that I picked one up 2 years ago to fit for the summer... still untouched! Should probably give it a try so I can stock up if they're good.
Slaughter hasn’t been in stock for ages anywhere has it?

I wish they’d make the minion a little fatter
There’s still slaughters about? A slaughter, in 2.6, DH casing please 😍😍😍
The last and only Slaughter I had popped off the rim whilst riding along a fire road. Grid 2.6.
Crap, good job it was cheap, cut it up to be alpine frame protection. One job it could do.
@Rubber_Buccaneer - exactly, I love my Minion SS double down, but would really like a 2.5 version.
TBF it felt like they pretty much screwed it when they switched to the new "super" carcasses- I was told once that the majority of all non-OEM rockrazor sales were for the old supergravity, ie the brilliant one, and it was definitely the first of the old ones to become unobtainable when the new range was coming... but there just isn't an equivalent in the new range. Supertrail weighs the same but isn't anything like as real-world tough (in years of riding on the old supergravities on 2 bikes I had 1 flat, in 3 months of riding on the new supertrail I had 3...), and the new supergravity is a chunk heavier.
Glad I stockpiled the old ones 🙂
