I really, REALLY wanted to like it more than I ended up doing. First ride was great but it didn’t feel as special as I’d hoped. I’ve had so many nice bikes, that probably wasn’t fair. I rode it three more times over that weekend and while I liked it a lot, i didn’t love it.
Felt bad really as it seemed perfect in terms of the kind of bike I wanted. Just didn’t light my fire in the end. Will - from STW - loved it and we exchanged a few emails about what he really liked. His review captured that well.
I pondered a bit after giving it back to Ed but couldn’t really put my finger on why it wasn’t for me. Ended up buying the RipMo which I knew was the second I got on it. Funny things bikes...
The great thing is they have a demo and Ed is brilliant to talk to, and couldn’t be more helpful. I’d get in touch and borrow one!
