I'm planning to upgrade my campag centaur crankset (10 sp) to chorus. All the chorus cranksets are 11 sp, i am assuming the 11sp will work fine with the rest of my 10 sp set up?

Yes, based on the fact i run Athena 11 on a 10 speed chainring and a friend runs a 10 chain on a 11S set-up
