Got a fifty mile road ride to do.
Don't own a road bike, so thought I could just bung some skinny slicks onto the Stans.
Any recommendations welcome.

Big apples or super moto... Perfect!
Stans recommendations when I emailed them was anything 28+, if you run them with tubes you should be good up to 80psi. Just make sure the bead is seated right.
I use these- http://www.jejamescycles.co.uk/bontrager-race-lite-hardcase-tyre-id40573.html
Last for ages, reasonably good rolling, good on punctures. Have used them on my crests.
Schwalbe Kojaks all the way. Fast, light, comfortable and good puncture resistance.
26 or 29? I have a pair of barely used Schwalbe City Jets 26" that you can have for a tenner if you're anywhere near Gloucester for collection? ๐
Hi Wilko
29ers I'm afraid
Second Schwalbe Kojaks.
+1 Schwalbe Kojak
Kojaks on my Pacentis which are quite a similiar rim. Great tyres, weirdly overlooked. I went with the skinnier model for reasons of frame clearance
