Can anyone recommend any good routes around Perth, going to visit some non riding relatives so need some advice
Thanks
What kind of distance you looking for?
I'm based in Dunfermline but often head north into the networks of superb, quiet roads in Kinross-shire which would easily be accessible from Perth.
I'll put some ideas together for you...
The Kinross Sportive routes are a good starting point and you can easily join any of them from Perth by heading towards Bridge of Earn.

This is the 87mile route:
Connect.Garmin.com then click explore, type Perth, apply filters and you'll getlenty of options.
I like the area North of Perth. Head up the A9 to Birnam/Dunkeld, you get off the A9 on the Perth outskirts (Inveralmond Island?) then follow the old A9 that goes to Murthly. Not particularly hilly, as it mainly follows the Tay, you can take a right to Blairgowrie, then a return to Perth via a differnet route or, further on the A9, a left to Milton/Amulree which is quite hilly and lovely scenery. Depends how long/far you want to be out.
Be aware that the A9 is always busy, and is single lane North of Perth, so you either want to use the adjacent cycle path, or a different route (like the old A9).
Tea shops/cafes in loads of places around there.

Not to fussed on distance. Thanks for the suggestions so far though
