anyone been? tips for must do's? etc welcome....

Start at Club La Santza and ride the Ironman route, (other routes are available), they provide maps and you can hire bikes there to.

2nd the Ironman route. love to go back there just to ride around the island.

Great place to ride,
I loved the route through the National Park, not too busy with trafic, a great chilled ride, amazing views, we also cycled/visted Cesar Manrique home, that is also well worth a trip.

El golfo is very nice and the femes climb in big ring 😉
