what the deal with this, looks like its been set up by a monkey, some people havent a clue

Looks like a pretty standard mountainbikers first road bike. I've seen a cervelo set up much worse than that with a rider who went on constantly that he road mtb. Then I put him in a ditch.
wrong gear as well - suspiciously worn pretty much same number of times as bike ridden

least his valves are lined up with tyre logo's though 🙂
Large frame and size 8 trousers? Has too many gears for "my sister's jeans" though.
