Bought one of these and quite like it, handy once you get used to holding it and using the right leverage but I notice the hex key looks removable and I have other bolts that could/should be tightened to the same torque... But they have different size hex's.. As the hex looks removable has anybody been able to? How did you manage? Does it damage the calibration? Is it just glued in? Just trying to avoid buying an expensive torque set for a few more bolts. ๐Ÿ™‚

tbh I just converted all my bar bolts to 4mm, seemed the easiest solution plus I had an excuse to go Ti ๐Ÿ™‚

The hex on mine just comes out if you pull it (held in by a magnet - not glued or pinned).

Hmmm I tried mine with a very gentle pull in a vice and it didn't budge.

Hmmm - mine has 'by Ritchey' on one side but GOCYCLE on the other (TORQKEY is embossed on stem). Maybe there are different kinds?
Mine definitely doesn't need to be held in a vice!

I've got the Ritchey key too. I couldn't get the 4mm key out either.

Buy the Superstar version, you can change the bits.

There are two versions. I have both. If it was supplied with a 4mm bit, that's all it takes. If it was supplied with a number of bits, they're interchangeable.

If I keep buying torque keys I may as well just buy the big thing. A park one and be done. Lol.

I've got both the park ones and still find the preset Ritchey one useful.
