Any out there? And if not then why not?
I used to have a carbon kinesis one which is apparently discontinued. I know a few people make mega expensive carbon ones but I'm after a cheaper steel one I think? Alternatively I just get a straight steerer one but then I have to do something to my headset I guess!

I use one of those Hope pick & mix headsets to reduce it to 1 1/8, you can buy just the bottom half:
