Holiday booked for July and as well as a bit of running there look like some good off road riding routes. A company called Joyride are nearby and seem to have reasonable bikes for hire.
Anybody have experience of riding on Crete and heard about or used Joyride?

I ride on 'crete all the time. Just pump your tires up a bit, watch out for pot holes and glass. Not as much fun as riding off-road though.

Whereabouts in Crete are you staying? We’re going in October, staying in the Chania region, and I’d like to get a ride in if I can.
