I'm planning a couple of weeks riding in California over Easter, flying into Los Angeles.

Anyone know of any must-do trails I need to get in to my plan? Any advice on destinations for the road-trip would be much appreciated.

Cheers.

I can give you loads of info! I went on a road trip all across California in Sept & am planning to go again this year! What route have you planned and then I can try and give you some more details?

We haven't set anything in stone yet, apart from we're picking a motorhome up in LA and have a couple of weeks to explore and, most importantly, ride.

We were talking about heading to the south Sierras and then down towards Palm Springs, but we've just booked flights and an RV and need to make the rest of the plan up according to where the best riding is.

Any info very much appreciated.

Last year rode from San Fran to LA on the Pacific Coast Highway. Was scenic and a great adventure but sounds like you're going more off-road?

Ok - A few questions....

Are you going as far North as Downieville?

Are you going as far North West as Marin County?

Have you planned to go in the Lake Tahoe Direction?

Are you planning to do a loop?
