Afternoon all,
I have a free afternoon next Weds and am looking at riding somewhere between Aylesbury & Cambridge (had planned to ride between Aylesbury & Cheltenham but my friend let me down)

Any good riding spots between the two? I had heard the Dunstable downs were quite good?

Cheers

In that area you have Ashridge / Chilterns Ridgeway which offer up some good singletrack - they're starting to dry out a little too which owing to their chalk / clay base is a good thing - the conditions have been quite heavy going.

If you're looking for something a little more jumpy / downhilly you could give either Woburn Sands (which also has it's fair share of singletrack though I've never been) or Aston Hill.

Dan.

No worries. You should be able to make Aston Hill in about 20 minutes from Aylesbury (assuming outside of rush hour, etc).

Enjoy.
