I knew my wife was good for something ....!!!
My Endura MT500 jacket was doing it's usual self destruct on the taped seams and I'd resigned myself to asking Father Christmas for a new one.
But the wife suggested turning the jacket inside out and ironing over the tapes. Tried it and it works. I even managed to close off the bottom of the pocket which was held together by seam tape, and that's been like that since the day I got it. Apart from the engrained smell of sweat which will never disappear it's as good as new !
As a Brucy Bonus I also dropped the iron and bent the sole plate, so now I know exactly what to get my wife for Christmas 😀
