Looking to move my Reverb with Fizik Gobi from Ex8 to Cotic. Is anyone else running a dropper post on their steel hardtail and how well does it ride and how is the level of comfort?

I find it flexes "too" much, but then I was using a fat alu post before.

Never run a standard post on mine! So on the one hand I have nothing to compare it to but on the other hand I can't understand why anyone wouldn't?

got one on my Soul and find it spot on, a bit tiffer than the I beam ally one I had originally, but no different to my gravity dropper before it

I took a Gravity Dropper off my Niner because it made it so stiff.

Reverb on a Solaris and its surprisingly comfy and thats in comparison to a ti post. You can see it flex under you 😯

Had a gravity dropper in my Soul most of the time, a Next SL carbon post the rest of the time. as far as comfort goes, I couldn't really tell any difference tbh. The Dropper felt slightly sloppy I suppose, the Next slightly bendy but neither was all that big a difference.
