Compressing / dropping / working?
To be fair it's had a hard life and I haven't given it any love.
So what do you guys think it needs now? Bleed it/re pressurise it? It take seals out and clean / re oil them?

If youve neglected it, try a fix in this order:
1. Check air pressure, think 250psi required
2. Carry out full system bleed... Easy enough to do, video on rockshox website
3. Still dosent work... Send to a pro to get fixed
Most likely a seal head failure but a seal head servixe kit and repair yourself will take about 30mins to do.
Cheers for the input guys. I'm leaning towards the seals as if the pressure was low or there was air then it would be dropping? Maybe?

If it is just not going down, sounds more like primary system (ie remote) just needs bleeding...
just send it for a service just like any other suspension product. I've got more than one and they get ridden at least
once a week, so an annual service is expected. if it's a possible failure the uk distributors are really good and sort pretty quickly never had any problems and normally at most a weeks turn around
