Depending what it is. you could try the classifieds, could be cheaper than having to send it back.
You pay then. Only free returns for faulty stuff. We get a bit spoilt with some retailer's offering free returns no matter to entice you to buy more. Just take it to a post office.
Ask them. Seriously, the German stores are pretty good about it sometimes. I've returned clothes that didn't fit to a German store (not B-D), and they said to just get a receipt, stick it in the package, and they paid it back when they got it. Rose do similar if you ask too.
For the return of goods within Germany, we bear the freight costs for all returns from 40,- € return-value. A return-slip is attached to each delivery (in case this return-slip is missing, please contact our reclamation-department so that we can send this document free of charge); you just fill in this slip and stick the part with our address and the bar code on the outside of the carton and hand it over to the next post office - thus you do not pay any Cent for the return of the good(s). Please observe that any parcels, which are returned to us "ex works", will be refused from us, which means that this parcel will be returned to you again and then you would have to bear the double freight costs.
In case you want to return a pair of socks (below 40,- € return-amount), since the ordered and delivered socks are e. g. too small, you would have to bear the freight costs for the return-delivery. The freight costs for the new delivery in the right size will be taken over by us in any case. If you use the return-slip for the return of an item below 40,- € anyway, we need to deduct the freight costs from the amount of the returned item (which means that an exchange into another size or colour is no longer possible!) - the credit note for the reimbursement would then be lower than the paid amount for this item.
[b]For the return of goods from outside Germany, you would have to pay the freight costs for the return of goods in advance. If you return the goods by the cheapest way possible (that means not by express, by UPS, TNT or FedEx) and if you send us (inside the parcel of the returned item(s) or by e-mail) a proof of the actual freight costs you had to pay for sending back the item(s), we can refund these expenses to you - provided that the amount of the returned goods was higher than 40,- €. If you have paid by payment in advance, we just need your IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and BIC (Bank Identifier Code) - if you have paid by credit card or PayPal, the freight costs of the returned goods will be reimbursed to your credit card account or PayPal-account.[/b]
Should we be responsible for the mistake and the amount of the good(s) to be returned is below 40,- €, please contact our reclamation-department (info@bike-discount.de or by phone on +49 - 22 25 - 88 88 - 132). An example for this would be that we did not deliver the items you ordered (as indicated on the invoice) (but the same item in another size, colour, grading, etc.) or that the goods were defective upon receipt.
