[#2520231]

Its a 93 explosif in sparkle black/grey fade (just like this, but looking very tired)

I was going to go white like this one, but the kona stickers I have ordered are white like the originals so won't work.

So, should I go original-grey all over, original-black all over, or something completely different? Most of the other components are original, so silver cranks, rims, seatpost etc.

My old Kona Kilauea ended up being painted lilac on one side and orange on the other a fantastic frame that was painted superbly by Bob Jacksons Leeds looked like I had 2 different bikes depending which side I lent it up on

Not sure if 2-tone is possible at my painters. Matchstick - thats a lot of kona's!

Lime green is looking good!

I think the decals would look ace on a white frame.

Far too many retro Kona's being resprayed white these days.

How about a nice strong dark shade of blue or green? should work with your decals and would look really nice with silver components contrasting the darker colour paintjob

My first diy paintjob completed this year, i know its not to a lot of peoples taste but because the Halfords enamel paint is so rubbish i expect to re-paint it after giving a thorough thrashing this year.

Try using plastikote instead of car paint. IME it's a lot tougher.
