I miss the index finger changing of shimano so looking to swap.
My bike has a 10-42 11 speed cassette and is full sus.
Will an XT mech and shifter work on a 10 tooth. cog? Do I need a long mech or medium?

Worked fine on a few bikes I have worked on, RD-M8000 GS max 42t 2x11 or 46t 1x11
