I have had XTR full outers on my Dialled Alpine for a year or now. Just wondering if it is a part worth replacing/renewing or whether as they are sealed they would be working as well today as they did when i fitted them?

You can replace just inners for a while, but replacing both makes a massive difference IMO. CRC sell just bits of outer if only, say, rear shifting is dodgy.

Not quite as snappy as they once was Al. I reckon for £13ish for new XT outers/XTR inners its worth a punt.

I'd try inners only first.
