Can this be done?

I have bent mine but got an old Bel Air saddle with good rails. Hoping its just a case of undoing screws underneath and a straight swap or are they pressed in at the factory ?

try it - any time I've seen rails pop from a saddle they either don't go back, or keep poping out if they do.

Don't know this saddle tho.

I have tried this. Unsuccessfully. Wear eye protection would be my tip.

The rails need to be 'flexed' to pop them in. You'll need six arms to apply enough pressure AND hold everything in place.

Tried a while ago to swap the rails on a Charge Spoon and as above the rails needed to be flexed (a lot) when re-inserting them

Good luck

I bent some CroMo ones. Sounds like it's a lot of effort, might consign mine to the bin ๐Ÿ™

Bent cro-mo ones by bike bouncing down an Alp. Got Ti ones to put in, maybe a bit easier to flex hopefully.
