Replacement Shimano "Titanium" brake lever pistons

Went to go for a ride this morning and my Saint rear lever was stuck firm locking the brake. Pulled the lever apart and it's well and truly seized.

Assuming I get it out, I might try replacing with an AliExpress piston. Has anyone used them? Are they any good?

I got some off eBay for some XTR master cylinders. Diameter was right but they were too long. I was able modify them but it was a faff
