(potentially) looking for replacement decals for a Genesis Croix de Fer.
Any recommendations for suppliers? (I messaged Genesis and haven't had a reply, after about 6 months)

You don't surprise me with the lack of reply from Genesis ~ I emailed them for a paint code for a pair of their forks 18 months ago, and have received nowt back.
If you don't get any joy as regards an alternative supplier of ready made decals, I'm sure Retrodecals (on facebook) can make some for you.

Isn't Genesis actually Madison?
I got a response from Genesis within a few weeks regarding a touch-up paint for a (at the time current) bike. They advised me to go to an auto colour-matching service. Ho-hum.
