[Closed] Removing the reach adjuster on a Hope tech lever. Advice please.

I need to replace the lever and have removed it from the resevoir but am now at an impass.

How do you get that little cir-clip type thing off the bottom of the reach adjuster? Its driving me crazy.

Also, does the little copper plug (the one the bite point adjuster pushes against) drop out once the RPA is removed. If not how do I get it out?
