another question. i have a set of 150mm revelations on my bike. with lockout and dual air travel adjust. i dont use either feature and probably never will. At present i have removed the bar mounted lockout lever and cable. When i send the fork off to be serviced or npotentially if it was an easy home fix can i remove anything internally that controls the lockout or travel adjust and if i do will it affect the weight and feel of the fork.

The travel adjust needs a whole spring replacement- but maybe you could find someone to swap with? It doesn't make much weight difference and doesn't seem to have any performance impact, but it's definately a more complicated part so there's more failure options in it.
