Anyone know a good, cheap source of reflective tape and/or stickers for making bikes reflective? I got a couple of A4 sheets from Halfords a while ago, which were just lots of small rectangles and quite effective, but tape or something would be better.

That was an ebay job as well. Have to say, it got torn. It is in exactly the wrong place when you're trying to get the bike through my back gate. Very good while it lasted though.

Ebay search for "reflective" ought to get you. Seller was "chew" something.

Yep, biased as you like! But, seriously, I do think they make some very good quality Hi-Viz stuff. The black hi viz sticker kit is especially cool!

Black respro stuff has been on my commuter, used all year and left outside since 06, no peeling at all.

This is for the Mundo, obviously. Plan is to use old innertubes as a wrap on vulnerable areas of the rack and to provide a bit of a non-slip surface, using cable ties to hold it in place. I'm going to use duct tape and reflective tape to tidy the ends up, as well as on other areas for visibility. Might get Respro stuff for areas where it needs to be a bit harder wearing.

Respro - don't forget to remove the top layer off the stickers ๐Ÿ˜ณ

(Oh, and don't put them in the wash, they come off)

I think I'd struggle to get any bike in the washer, let alone a Mundo ๐Ÿ™‚
