[Closed] Recon service help!

The lockout on my Rockshox Recon Silver TK is not working, when engaged it does slow the compression but I can still get full travel.

I've done an oil change and this has made no difference.

There must be a seal which is allowing oil to pass through and needs replacing so I've had a look at the spare parts diagram and have narrowed it down to either of these (marked by red dot).

The parts catalogue lists both seals as being in either the tora/recon silver solo air service kit or the AM2012 fork service kit for recon solo air.

Does that mean I need both kits or either/or? I can find the first kit online but not the second.
