I need to get out of this relentless rain, recommend me somewhere in Lake Garda (preferably with decent MTB)
I like Malchesine, the cable car runs from there but I confess I've not ridden the trails.
Torbole at the top of the lake is the bikey end. Loads of trails around there. Lucas's bike shuttle is a local uplift service.

Loads of campsites at that end of the Lake, we stayed here last summer [url= http://www.campingmaroadi.it/ ]Tarbole Campsite[/url] - awesome time, great for MTB also and +1 for uplift. Avoid the niche, ubuer German bike shops unless you like tight white Assos kit and Cube Bikes
