aparentley the shimano dx in a comfy shoe if u have a high inner arch i found it abit wierd but may work for u
I've got some sixsixones, nice rigid sole for spd riding and ok for walking in. they did the job when needed.
I have the 5:10 Greg Minnar ones. I wrote a review:here
They are fairly descent, kind of as you would expect. The best thing about them versus regular spd shoes is you can pedal ok without being clipped in if you are riding something sketchy at low speed.
I like the DX - got a spud pair for xc and a non spud pair for DH.
Been thinking about some of THESE for trips to the bar so i don't have to change pedals on my commuter.

surely?
Nope look like old Gola trainers.
Them vans ones are really bulky and look a bit rubbish in person. I like those district ones ๐
I'm a loyal vans customer for my flat shoes.. but those spd vans have recieved some poor reviews about cleat positioning and suchlike..
Another District liker.
