Endura Nemo hands get that warm they look like you have been in the bath too long. Not bulky great feel with them.

I've been impressed with my altura night vision although some of the on-one offers might be ok?

Just got a pair of Glacier Glove Perfect Curves- heavy neoprene jobbies. Waterproof obviously, and very warm. But not perfect, it's not so much that they're bulky, more that they're squishy, there's a bit of "shear" between hand and grip. (adding a set of silk liners for wicking made this worse) And the fingers stick together a bit which is annoying. But for bad weather they're really excellent.

Less warm but more perfectly bikey are the fox antifreezes- sadly not that durable, but while they last they're excellent, happilly done downhill racing in mine with the inner liners in.

another for altura night vision, with a pair of liners (decatlon running ones for me, silk if you must) if it's really cold.

I've found neoprene gloves work really well, your hands do get wet but seem to stay warm and they're not too bulky.

I really rated my specialized deflect's. until I dropped them while wading through a flooded river and watched them float away...

Seal skins all conditions the winter ones are too warm for most of the winter, I have the all conditions and in server cold I put a thermal inner glove on with them.
