[Closed] Recommend me some commuter wheels and tyres (700 x 28ish)....

For my Cannondale Bad Boy 700 Disc. Must be:

700
Disc brake compatible
SRAM 9 speed compatible (i'm not exactly sure what the implications of this are - if i can convert a 10/11 speed to suit my 9 speed cassette then fine).

Current wheels are Maddux DC 3.0 Disc - they weigh a tonne but are pretty heavy duty and good for the crappy roads in Glasgow.

Looking for budget to medium priced as its only a commuter and gets decent winter use too.

Also need tyres - current Schwalbe Kojaks (28c) are about to give up the ghost. Would like something with a light tread to give me a little more confidence in the winter but will still roll well.
